• Finally: Binding arbitration if mediation is unsuccessful

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service.

16.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the sole and entire agreement between you and DrawPerfect.Fun with respect to the Service and supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, agreements, representations, and warranties.

Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions are effective as of December 2024 and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in their provisions in the future.
